Alex Bleuzen
Owner & Operator
Alex Bleuzen was born in Nyack, NY but has lived in Huntersville since 2004. After wrenching on cars with his dad, he attended UNCW for a BS in marine biology (couldn't be much further from brakes). While living in Wilmington, he befriended his neighbor Matt, owner of Brand New Brakes. Matt helped Alex fix the brakes on several cars, one of which later funded TurboBrakes. After graduating during COVID in 2020, Alex stayed at UNCW making custom furniture and earned his international MBA in 2021. Alex then moved to Mooresville and founded TurboBrakes in December of 2022 with Matt's help. Over a year later, TurboBrakes has performed over 500 brake jobs all around Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius, and surrounding areas.
TurboBrakes offers mobile brake replacement in Charlotte and the Lake Norman area. Our goals are to be fast, affordable, and reliable with all of our repair services.
