Warranty Information

Thank you for choosing our mobile brake repair services. We are committed to providing you with high-quality brake repair and replacement services. In order to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our work, we offer the following limited warranty:



1. Coverage: This limited warranty covers the brake repair and replacement services provided by our mobile brake repair business. It applies to all parts and labor performed by our technicians.
2. Duration: The limited warranty is valid for a period of 2 years or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of service completion for pads and rotors replaced on the same wheel. Pads only have a limited warranty for a period of 90 days or 3,000 miles (whichever comes first). All other services have a 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty period. During this time, we will address any issues or defects arising from our brake repair services, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

4. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who received the brake repair services.
5. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials related to the brake repair services performed by our technicians.
6. The warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs, off-road or race use, parts under manufacture’s recall, commercial use, modifications, or any environmental conditions.
7. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART.
8. The warranty does not cover parts that are not provided by TurboBrakes.
9. Conditions resulting from non-compliance with reporting, monitoring and maintenance procedures recommended by a TurboBrakes technician (any denied services).
10. The warranty is void if any unauthorized person or third party attempts to modify or repair the brake system.
11. Any warranty claims must be reported to us within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the brake system and make a determination regarding coverage.
12. If a defect covered by this warranty is found, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the affected parts or components.
13. We reserve the right to use new or remanufactured parts of similar quality to perform any necessary repairs or replacements.
14. Any repairs or replacements made under this warranty will not extend the original warranty period.
15. The customer is responsible for any transportation costs associated with the warranty service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
16. All warranty work must be completed at the original location the brake repair was completed, or within 15 miles of 19732 W Catawba Ave, Cornelius, NC 28031.
17. Limitations: Our liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts or components, as determined by us. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the brake repair services.
18. Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover any pre-existing conditions, pre-installed parts, or previous repairs made by other service providers.
